Our Story
I’m Ryan O’Donohue, a construction manager and builder with nearly two decades of hands-on experience across high-end residential, commercial, and civil construction. Today, through Stone Brook Builders, I’ve brought together a strong, experienced team built around quality, coordination, and accountability.
My background is rooted in the field. I didn’t come up through theory alone — I’ve worked across nearly every major trade, including electrical, plumbing, structural, concrete, site, and civil work. That foundation allows our team to anticipate issues before they arise, coordinate trades efficiently, and maintain a higher standard throughout the build.
Since 2010, I’ve held leadership roles including president of my previous construction company, as well as Construction Manager and Site Superintendent, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with values ranging from $1M to $30M. From preconstruction planning and budgeting to daily site supervision and final delivery, we work closely with homeowners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and true to the original vision.
